Orders are processed and shipped via USPS, UPS, and FedEx from our studio in Portland, Oregon within 3 - 7 business days after your order has been placed. If you would like an order to be expedited, please email info@elanagabrielle with your request and we will do our best to fulfill your needs. Please confirm billing and shipping address when placing an order as we are unable to reroute packages. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once packages have been shipped. *Please allow up to two weeks for custom large print sizes as they are made to order. Thank you!

CANCELLATIONS + RETURNS

Changes to any orders must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. We accept returns for unused products in the case that merchandise has arrived damaged, or if it has been shipped in error!

We want you to make sure you love your purchases. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving it and we'll be happy to get it sorted out. To return an item or to receive an exchange or store credit, your purchased items must be shipped back to us at your expense, in the original packaging and the same condition it was when you received it. Any damaged items or items missing their original packaging will not be approved for returns.

Please note that although we do our best to show the true nature of our products in our photographs, screens are tricky things. We cannot guarantee that the color on your phone or monitor is a perfect match to the color of our printed products. Please allow for slight differences in printed color when you receive your order.

All custom and sale items are final and non-refundable.
